The meeting requires that first, all responsible leaders, departments, and holding subsidiaries should effectively focus on next year's central work, implement it, and fully exert their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity with the spirit of being uncompromising, resolute, pragmatic, and daring to do good deeds, in order to continuously promote the high-quality development of the company. Secondly, the company's party committee must firmly shoulder the main responsibility of governing the party, adhere to a strict tone, comprehensively strengthen the construction of party conduct and clean governance, and create a clean and upright political environment. All branches should conscientiously organize the study of the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment, and guide party members and cadres to learn, know, understand and observe discipline.
Zhang Feng stated that this study was strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "first topic" learning system and the central group learning system. The theme was clear, the content was timely, the form was novel, and it was practical, achieving the expected results. At the same time, suggestions are put forward to further strengthen the theoretical learning center group of the company's party committee. One is to regard central group learning as a serious political task and continuously improve the level of institutionalization and standardization.
