Hu bin introduced Xinjin Holdings' business layout around intelligent manufacturing, hard technology, post investment management, cross-border M & A, and focused on its cross-border M & a path, ideas and cooperation mechanism.
During the meeting, the two sides had full exchanges and communication on the strategic emerging industry layout of state-owned capital. They discussed in detail how to use state-owned capital to enable industrial development and the advantages and disadvantages of state-owned capital in the process of cross-border M & A.
