On June 13, the fourth third shareholders'meeting, the fourth second board of directors and the fourth first board of supervisors of Shaanxi Tianyi Antenna Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyi Company") were successfully held at the Xi'an Space Base. This meeting is the first meeting held after Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Investment Emerging") successfully joined Tianyi Company. This meeting successfully established Tianyi Company's new board of directors, supervisory board and improved the company's senior management team. The successful convening of the conference is an important turning point in the strategic development of Tianyi Company. It lays a directional foundation for the follow-up development and strategic planning of Tianyi Company. It is also the beginning of the new exploration in the field of civil-military integration investment of Shaanxi Investment Corporation. Xu Tianyou, general secretary and executive director of Shantou Xinxing Party, Han Hongbo, former chairman and general manager of Tianyi Company, new shareholders, directors, supervisor candidates and other relevant personnel of Tianyi Company attended the meeting.
In accordance with the legal procedures, the meetings are held successively by the shareholders'general meeting, the board of directors and the board of supervisors.
The shareholders'meeting deliberated and passed five bills, such as the Bill on the Progress of Share Transfer and Capital Increase and Stock Expansion of Shaanxi Tianyi Antenna Co., Ltd. The meeting reports and deliberates on the progress of the work, the revision of the company's articles of association, the new establishment of the supervisor and the change of industry and Commerce of the newly invested Tianyi Company of Shaanxi Investment Corporation. The meeting unanimously approved five new directors of Tianyi Company, Xu Tianyou, Gaowang, Wang Haibo, Han Hongbo and Jin Wugang, and the new supervisors of Li Ting, Xu Fan and Yang Pengju.
The board of directors deliberated and adopted three bills, including the Bill on Electing the Chairman of Shaanxi Tianyi Antenna Co., Ltd. The meeting unanimously approved and elected Xu Tianyou as chairman of Tianyi Company, Han Hongbo as general manager of Tianyi Company, Jin Wugang and other six senior managers.
The Board of Supervisors considered and approved Li Ting as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Tianyi Company.
At the meeting, Xu Tianyou, chairman of Tianyi Company, made a concluding statement. He pointed out: Firstly, Tianyi Company has all kinds of excellent conditions for improving quality, increasing efficiency and expanding development. People at all levels of the company should closely focus on the expansion of new factories and capacity enhancement, make full use of the carrier of emerging industrial parks, and further improve the comprehensive development of the 135 and 145 industries of the company on the basis of enlarging and optimizing the original satellite communication antenna of carbon fiber composite materials. The second is that Tianyi Company should gradually change its thinking from the development concept of private enterprises, strengthen management, standardize the company's various systems, and do a good job in fine management and control. The third is to strengthen R&D investment and follow-up training of reserve talents, so as to lay a foundation for the company's sustainable development ability.
