On January 28, the General Branch of Shaanxi Investment New Party convened the 2018 Review Conference on the Work of Party Construction by the Secretary of Grass-roots Party Organizations. All members of the general Party branch of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Gao Wang, member of the Party's General Branch and chief financial officer.
At the meeting, Yan Xiaohui, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shaanxi Investment Emerging Organs, and Li Bo, Secretary of the Party Branch of Lixin Optoelectronic Company, carried out on-the-spot narratives around the following aspects: fulfilling the responsibility of Party building, implementing the key work of Party building, seriously organizational life of the Party, and implementing the basic system of "three sessions and one lesson". The highlights and achievements of Party building in 2018 were comprehensively summarized, and problems and shortcomings were found. The improvement measures in the future are put forward. All the participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the Party branch secretaries.
Xu Tianyou, secretary and executive director of the general Party branch of the company, commented on the meeting, fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by various branches in the Party construction work in 2018, and put forward three requirements on how to do Party construction work well in the next step:
First, we need to strengthen political awareness, attach great importance to Party building, regard it as a hard task, rally ideological consensus, strengthen ideological guidance, and constantly improve the level of Party building.
Second, we should promote the in-depth integration of Party building and central work, and focus on concrete, in-depth and implementation of Party building in each front, field and link. Lixin Photoelectric Company should actively explore and practice the new mode of mixed transformation of enterprise party building, and effectively enhance the new vitality of enterprises.
Thirdly, we should expand our thinking, closely combine the key points, difficulties, industry characteristics, highlights and hot spots and focus issues of concern to cadres and workers, find a breakthrough, actively explore innovation, strengthen measures, and promote new changes in grass-roots party building.
Xu Tianyou stressed that the year 2019 is the key year for the rapid development of Shaanxi Investment Corporation. Secretaries of various branches should conscientiously perform the duties of the first responsible person of the Party organization, lead all cadres and staff to work together to overcome difficulties and provide strong political guarantee for the key advancement and rapid implementation of various projects.
