The shareholders' meeting, the board of directors and the board of supervisors of Tianyi technology were successfully held. On May 31, the 2022 shareholders' meeting, the sixth session of the Fourth Board of directors and the fifth session of the Fourth Board of supervisors of Tianyi technology were successfully held. All shareholders and members of the board of directors attended the meeting. The company's supervisors, non director senior managers and heads of relevant functional departments attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting reviewed six proposals including the proposal on the 2021 annual general manager's work report of the company. The supervisors attending the meeting agreed that the company's proposal reviewed by the board of directors met the requirements of laws, administrative regulations and other regulations, affirmed the efforts of the company's management, and issued the proposal on the 2021 annual work report of the company's board of supervisors.
The board of Directors believes that the company's operating conditions will continue to improve in 2021, and the company's management will be able to seize the market opportunity, lead the staff to work hard, achieve an operating revenue of 196.5 million yuan, an increase of 23% year-on-year, and achieve a total profit of 16.65 million yuan, an increase of 11% year-on-year. The management of the company shall actively explore the market in accordance with the company's 2022 budget plan to ensure that the budget objectives are achieved.
