On June 29, 2019, Lai Mingyang, general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Fuyong Valley Capital Management Co., Ltd., Wang Xinyu, assistant general manager, and Wang Peirong, other accompanying personnel, came to Shaanxi to promote and exchange projects on the transfer of control rights of a listed company.
