In order to implement the decision-making deployment of SASASAC on preventing and resolving major risks, effectively improve the ability of enterprise risk prevention and control, and ensure that no major risks and systemic risks occur, the Group Company issued the Notice on Implementing the Work Programme of SASASAC on Investigating and Resolving Major Risks of Provincial Enterprises, and requested all the sub-princes at the first risk management meeting in 2019. The Division focuses on investigating twelve types of risks, including investment, finance and law. Accordingly, in accordance with the requirements of the Group, the newly emerging wind control audit department of Shaanxi Investment Corporation has formulated the work programme of "investigating and resolving major risks" of the Company in light of its own management situation, organized timely meetings between the heads of departments and departments of the Company and relevant personnel of subsidiaries, and made arrangements and deployments for specific work, with emphasis on specifying the content of responsibilities and time nodes, requiring all departments and subsidiaries to strictly implement the Group. "Management Promotion Year" work requirements, combined with their own risk management practice, do a solid job in the implementation of the work programme, carefully investigate and resolve related risks, ensure the quality and effectiveness of work, and enhance the level of risk management and control.
