On the afternoon of June 25, the General Party Branch of the company held the 6th Theoretic Learning Center Group (Expanded) Thematic Study. It invited the chief assessor of Zhengheng Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd. and Dr. Wang Jiaming, director and R&D director of Shaanxi Zhengheng Group, to conduct a special training session on "Supervision and Asset Assessment of State-owned Assets". The meeting was presided over by Gao Wang, member of the Party's general branch and chief financial officer. The members of the theoretical center group and all the staff took part in the study.
Dr. Wang Jiaming gave a vivid and detailed explanation on the supervision and management of state-owned assets and assets evaluation from three aspects: the laws and regulations of the supervision and management of state-owned assets of enterprises, the basic theory and legal requirements of assets evaluation, and the matters needing attention of the client of the evaluation of state-owned assets of enterprises. Emphasis is laid on the problems that state-owned enterprises should pay attention to when evaluating their assets. At the same time, the problems encountered in reality are emphasized according to laws, regulations and practical cases. During this period, we had in-depth discussions, active exchanges and a strong learning atmosphere.
Through this special study, we not only create an opportunity for face-to-face communication with industry experts, but also point out the direction of supervision and evaluation of state-owned assets.
