In addition, the company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, won the second prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018, participated in and undertook 33 projects, introduced two overseas high-end talents and all were selected into the national talent project, and established a long-term and close industrial-university-research cooperation relationship with universities.

Xu Tian has the requirement that Lixin Optoelectronics continue to firmly hold the development vision of "building a first-class domestic semiconductor laser chip research and development and manufacturing enterprise", strive to seize the strategic opportunity period of expanding the market share of laser chips, and insist on providing high-power laser chips with excellent performance and reliable quality for China's laser industry.
Xu Tianyou stressed that in the new year, Lixin Optoelectronics will focus on four aspects: first, to improve product quality and technology to ensure large-scale and batch production of chips; second, to complete the work of increasing production and capacity, with an annual capacity of 4500 chips per year; third, to adhere to the commercial market direction of chip products and continue to promote the matching of chip customers; Implement and promote staff equity incentive work, stimulate the endogenous power and vitality of enterprises, and realize the win-win interests of shareholders, companies and employees.
